Administrative Project Coordinator

In this role, you will work closely with sales, project managers, and management and be a key person in the daily project work. You will be responsible for administrative processes, project planning, follow-up, and communication with internal and external parties – both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support for sales and project planning
- Planning and coordinating our technicians in connection with project activities, both in Sweden and internationally
- Contact with customers in connection with project planning, both in Sweden and internationally
- Support and assistance to the sales and finance departments
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative work and/or project planning
- Very good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
- Good communication skills, mostly in writing (email), but also by phone
- Fluent in Swedish and very good English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and/or other administrative systems
Personal qualities
- Structured and meticulous
- Independent but enjoys working in a team
- Flexible and solution-oriented
